(NEWSER) - When you buy Lady Gaga’s next album, think about this: She recorded it buck naked. She’s been doing her vocals in the studio “completely starkers,” a wonderfully British source tells the Sun, because “she thinks it makes her voice sound better.” She’s also been tweeting pictures of herself sans clothing, the paper notes. And she’s not the only one with modesty issues: The New York Post reports that Simon Cowell had to admonish Britney Spears after she showed up to her X Factor judging gig apparently sans bra. “It was made clear she is expected to be impeccably dressed and made-up for the show,” a source says. “And none of those ragged hair extensions.”
Well that article changed gears very quickly lol
Lady Gaga should really take a page from Lana del Rey on how to make long videos that dont put you to sleep..lol
"You must truly be dumb if you think Gaga will never be as big as Madonna. If Gaga DIED now she’d be considered a legend. She is a living legend. Everything she’s done and continues to do whether it gets good or bad controversy is what will make her a legend. You must be seriously dumb as hell."
I dont stan for Madonna or anything, but really little monster..really?
Covered some Gaga with MDNA @ Target
Bwahaha :D (didn’t do Brit so they don’t hate on her)
Greatest shows ever?
That is false, this was the greatest show on earth:
Why would I look at pictures tho…
Why does Brit miss Gaga, when the fuck have they ever hung out or anything?
da fuq brit o.O
Lol it basically says how Nicki has been able to branch out and stay true to herself. How working with other artist helped her establish herself in the industry, and also how fans of those other artist were able to embrace Nicki too. With Gaga, she has secluded herself from other artist, and her collaborations havent been as successful. How Gaga is too pretentious, and that her music comes off as work. And how BTW was too much of a departure from her other work for the general public to really embrace it. Also how people can be Britney, Rihanna, Katy fans and also like Nicki; but when it comes to Gaga its different. Its either Britney or Gaga, etc.
My favorite part of the article: The differences between Minaj and Gaga are blindingly apparent in this regard: Gaga tried desperately from the start to distinguish herself from her contemporaries (as well as predecessors, but ask Madonna how well that one’s going). It’s already been mentioned how this has had a polarizing effect on her potential fans, but the risk she also took (which ultimately didn’t pay off) was in evolving her music too quickly.
